Rules for using Sky World

These Terms govern access to the Sky World game, account portal, matches and community features. By creating or continuing to use an account, you declare that you have read and accepted this version.

1. Account and legal capacity

You must provide a valid email address, protect your credentials and maintain only one legitimate identity. If you lack the legal capacity to accept these Terms on your own, use the service only with the permission and supervision of your legal guardian.

2. Nickname and submitted content

Your public nickname and support messages must not impersonate others, violate rights, disclose other people's personal data or contain threats, discrimination, harassment or unlawful content. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

3. Match integrity

Bots, unauthorized automation, exploiting bugs, network manipulation, match fixing, accessing an opponent's private information and any cheating are prohibited. The authoritative state maintained by the server prevails in the event of a technical discrepancy.

4. Points, rankings and progression

League Points, MMR, XP, levels and virtual items do not represent money, prizes or transferable property. Results may be recalculated, voided or corrected in the event of technical failure, proven abuse or an integrity inconsistency.

5. License and intellectual property

Using the game grants a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license. Artwork, trademarks, text, presented rules, software and other materials remain protected; copying, selling, redistributing or creating a competing service from them without authorization is prohibited.

6. Availability and changes

The game is evolving. Features, cards, balance, seasons and integrations may change, pause or end. Maintenance and incidents may temporarily interrupt the service; ongoing matches will be preserved or handled according to the available technical rules.

7. Suspension and termination

Your account may be restricted or suspended to investigate fraud, abuse, security risks or violations of these Terms. You may request deletion from your Profile. Deletion requires recent authentication and may wait until you leave the queue or an active match ends.

8. Liability and legal rights

We take reasonable measures to keep the service secure and consistent, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory rights under applicable law or limits liability that the law does not permit us to limit.

9. Updates to these Terms

Material changes create a new version and may require renewed acceptance before authenticated areas can be used. The current version and effective date appear at the beginning of this document.
